Chi Kung

Qigong or Chi Kung is a millenary body-energy work linked to traditional Chinese medicine. It is based on aligning and integrating physical movements with the breath and the conscious mind. This practice brings us many health benefits, including: mind-body balance, relaxation, strengthening vital energy (chi) and improving the immune system. In these workshops we will do gentle exercises suitable for everyone. A session lasts between 45-60 minutes approx.

PRICE: 5€ for clients and 10€ for non hosted customers.
